About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Dental Corporation. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental practice.
The Role:
- Meet and greet patients, providing a warm and welcoming first impression
- Booking and amending appointments, answering phone calls, and updating patient records
- Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
- Making patients aware of dental services and offers
- Handling payments and accessing sensitive information while maintaining patient confidentiality
- Providing high-end patient care and building relationships with patients in a friendly and warm manner
Requirements:
- Dental Receptionist or Medical Receptionist experience is essential
- Prior experience using Oasis is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided
- You are a motivated self-starter, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- You are passionate about customer service and patient care, with a keen eye for detail
- You are able to build rapport with patients in a cheerful and light-hearted manner
