Acquisition Promotion Strategy Owner

We are seeking an experienced professional to develop and execute our acquisition promotion strategy, focusing on attracting new customers and driving growth.

The successful candidate will spearhead the development and execution of compelling offers specifically designed for paid social media, SEM, and landing page/website channels, with a clear focus on commercial payback and break-even models.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including CRO, Paid Digital Media, Product Marketing, App Partners, Finance and Legal, is crucial in ideating, piloting, and scaling promotional initiatives.

Impact will be measured by the ability to drive subscriber acquisition efficiently, demonstrating a strong commercial mindset, and influencing channel teams to prioritise and effectively deploy initiatives across all touchpoints.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive promotion and offer strategy aligned with New MRR and LTV growth targets.
  • Program-manage the ideation, launch, monitoring, and reporting of acquisition promotions, partnering with regional Marketing teams.
  • Develop and manage a promotional calendar specifically for acquisition offers, ensuring timely execution and alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Creative teams to develop and optimise creative assets and marketing materials that support acquisition promotions across digital channels.
  • Rigorously monitor and analyse the performance of acquisition promotions and offers, providing regular reports and actionable insights to drive continuous optimisation and demonstrate commercial viability.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies and measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent project management and campaign management skills, planning and executing promotional pilots and experiments end-to-end.
  • Clear track record of influencing cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives without direct channel ownership.
  • Extensive experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and statistical analysis, particularly in the context of digital marketing channels.
  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience in Growth/Performance Marketing, with an emphasis on promotions and acquisition campaigns, campaign optimisation, pilots and experimentation, and ROI.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and owning commercial payback and break-even models for marketing initiatives.
