Senior Growth Strategist

About the Role:

The Senior Growth Strategist will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion through innovative strategies and tactics. This involves developing and executing plans to acquire new clients, increase revenue, and enhance market share.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
  • Pursue new business opportunities through tendering for projects and negotiating contracts.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the project team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and relationship-building.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals to foster growth and partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to stay ahead of the competition and identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Business Development Manager within the fitout industry or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team to deliver results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to self-manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
