Job Title: Supply Chain Growth Strategist

We are seeking a talented Supply Chain Growth Strategist to drive revenue expansion and strengthen our market presence in the Melbourne area.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies, identifying and engaging with potential customers, and fostering strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop a detailed sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
  2. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  3. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements.
  4. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  5. Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven sales experience in supply chain management, specifically in warehousing & distribution.
  • Deep knowledge of 3PL services, supply chain operations, and freight management.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
