About the Role:

Scentre Group is seeking an experienced Administration and Purchasing Assistant to join our Media Delivery team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the administrative functions and assisting with the commercial delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain business-as-usual (BAU) and project finance procurement, invoicing, and tracking
  • Prepare monthly reporting on BAU operating expenses
  • Prepare monthly project status and financial reports
  • Coordinate freight management between our warehouse and field teams
  • Work with the Delivery team to schedule assembly programs
  • Work with our partners and suppliers to operate and sustain warehouse operations and facilities
  • Identify strategies for improvement and expansion across all areas
  • Support day-to-day operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Champion a culture of workplace health and safety

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative skills and experience managing multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and deliver results with attention to detail
