We seek an experienced educator to shape a collaborative learning environment, driving strategic initiatives and quality teaching programs.

About the Role

This pivotal position requires strong leadership, management skills, and a commitment to Catholic education. The successful candidate will work closely with staff, families, and the community to deliver a holistic education that extends beyond the classroom.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and oversee educational strategies to drive student outcomes.
  • Support the review of school improvement initiatives and ensure compliance.
  • Lead, model, and support ongoing professional development for teachers.
  • Contribute to a culture of collegiality and reflective practice.
Requirements
  • A clear understanding of and personal commitment to Catholic education.
  • Ability to promote innovative teaching practices across Key Learning Areas.
  • Demonstrated management and administrative skills to ensure efficient program delivery.
  • Capacity to effectively utilise data to inform organisational and educational decisions.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Four-year trained teacher classification with at least four years successful teaching experience consistent with the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.
  • NESA Teacher Accreditation.
  • Working with Children Clearance number.
