Lead a Centre with Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our 86-place centre.

About the Role
  • Ensure high standards of care, education, and compliance by leading and mentoring your team.
  • Deliver exceptional programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS.
  • Build strong relationships with families and foster a sense of community and trust.
  • Collaborate with Area Directors to meet enrolment, occupancy, and quality goals.
  • Manage staffing and ensure all regulatory and WHS requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Hold a Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved).
  • Have experience in a leadership role within an early learning setting.
  • Have a strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and A&R preparation.
  • Hold current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates.
  • Excel in communication, leadership, and time management skills.

This role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education and experience in a leadership role within an early learning setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and A&R preparation, as well as current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates. Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills are essential for this role.
