Senior Accountant Leadership Role

We are seeking a senior accountant to take on a leadership role within our business services team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, reviewing compliance work, and delivering tax planning and advisory services.

With a strong technical background in tax and compliance, you will be able to mentor junior staff and build trusted relationships with clients. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively liaise with the ATO and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years' experience in Australian public practice
  • CA/CPA qualified or near completion
  • Strong technical background in tax and compliance
  • Proven experience mentoring junior staff
  • Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
  • Proficient in Xero, Microsoft, and cloud-based compliance systems
