About the Role

CJD Equipment is seeking a skilled After Sales Representative to join our successful Guildford Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in attracting new customers and providing exceptional service to our existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and increase sales revenue.
  • Provide expert advice and support to customers on construction equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the State Parts Manager - CE WA to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Represent CJD Equipment at meetings and trade shows to promote our brands, services, and products.
Requirements
  • Australia drivers' licence and ability to travel to customers.
  • Proven track record in a similar role within a hands-on operational environment.
  • Relevant trade certificate - highly beneficial.
  • Solid understanding of machinery and their unique applications.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
