About the Role

CJD Equipment is seeking a highly skilled After Sales Representative to join our successful Guildford Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in attracting new customers and providing exceptional service to our existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and increase sales revenue.
  • Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and provide expert advice on aftermarket offerings.
  • Carry out inspections of wear items to predict remaining component life expectancy and provide accurate quotations to customers.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle.
  • Represent CJD at meetings and trade shows to promote our brands, services, and products.
Requirements
  • Australia drivers' licence and ability to travel to customers.
  • Proven track record in a similar role within a hands-on operational environment.
  • Relevant trade certificate highly beneficial.
  • Solid understanding of machinery and their unique applications.
  • Computer and Microsoft Office skills and excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop long-term relationships based on honesty and integrity.
