Job Title: Reception and Facilities Manager

Operational Expertise Sought

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Expert to join our team. As the face of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring a polished and professional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead reception services, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless operations.
  • Supervise and train reception staff, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
  • Manage calls, meeting room bookings, and coordinate internal and external events.
Facilities Management:
  • Oversee all aspects of building and facilities management, maintaining optimal working conditions and adhering to safety protocols.
  • Maintain emergency procedures, first aid training schedules, and key personnel allocations.
  • Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure efficient facility operations.
Operational Support:
  • Manage procurement, inventory, and asset registers for office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate logistics such as couriers, postage, and archiving.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding processes and firm-wide events.
Financial Acumen:
  • Prepare and manage budgets for reception and facilities services.
  • Monitor expenditure and source cost-effective suppliers.
Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Coach and lead your team with a focus on service excellence and collaboration.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and act as a go-to contact for operational matters.
