Facilities Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, including coordinating maintenance, repairs, and property management tasks.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in building or facilities management, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. You will be expected to work closely with our property management team to ensure that our facilities are well-maintained and running smoothly.
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and passionate individual who can demonstrate high levels of accountability, initiative, and attention to detail.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum 3 years' experience in building or facilities management
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic commercial property management business with a portfolio of retail, office, and industrial assets located along the Eastern seaboard of Australia. You will be supported by a senior team and given ongoing training to ensure your success in this position.
