We seek an experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of a residential aged care facility. As Residential Care Facility Manager, you will lead and manage staff to ensure high standards of care, compliance, operational excellence, and staff leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead daily operations of the facility.
- Ensure quality person-centred care is delivered consistently.
- Manage compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and legislative requirements.
- Oversee staff performance, engagement, and development.
- Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clinical and support teams for smooth facility operations.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA).
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Proven experience in managing facilities.
- Strong understanding of aged care accreditation standards and clinical governance.
- Ability to commit to scheduled block bookings with flexibility as required.
