You'll be the operational heartbeat of our businesses – ensuring every moving part, from client communication to IT integration, runs at its peak. Your work will cover:

Client & Office Operations

Manage and coordinate client communications, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups for service excellence.

Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflows and high efficiency across all departments.

Maintain accurate and confidential client records and databases.

HR, Payroll & People Support

Assist with HR and payroll administration, staff onboarding, and timesheet management.

Coach and lead the reception and operations team, fostering a high-performance, service-focused culture.

Reception & Client Experience

Lead reception services to ensure every client interaction is polished and professional.

Oversee calls, meeting room bookings, and event coordination.

Facilities & Workplace Management

Manage building and facilities maintenance, cleaning, security, and WHS compliance.

Oversee emergency procedures, first aid training schedules, and safety compliance.

Operational Excellence & Innovation

Streamline and centralise administrative workflows across departments.

Identify and resolve process inefficiencies, implementing automation tools to boost productivity.

Collaborate with IT to deliver digital innovations that make us the most efficient business in our industry.

Prepare and manage reception and facilities budgets.

Source cost-effective suppliers and manage relationships with contractors and service providers.

Executive & Strategic Support

Provide high-level business support to the General Manager and leadership team.

Organise internal meetings, training sessions, and client events.

Contribute to operational reporting, compliance monitoring, and strategic planning.
