Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing maintenance activities, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with commercial clients to understand their maintenance needs and requirements
  • Take detailed job briefs and create job records in our internal system
  • Determine the best trade/s required to complete the job and allocate subcontractors as needed
  • Coordinate with clients to book jobs and ensure timely completion
  • Perform data entry and update client details using project management software
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Project Admins, and Maintenance Coordinators to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements
  • Proven administrative experience, preferably in construction, property maintenance, or a related industry
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Solid skills in MS Office
