Facilities Operations Manager

As a professional with a strong passion for ensuring smooth operations, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of facilities management.
This includes coordinating internal audits and reviews, managing FM services, and working closely with the integrated facilities management supplier to ensure safety and compliance.
You will have a key role in supporting business development while minimizing costs and ensuring regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilities Management Oversight
- Manage FM services including safety and compliance
- Coordinate internal FM related audits and annual reviews
- Work closely with IFM supplier to deliver high-quality services
- Operational Excellence
- Support business development initiatives
- Minimize costs through efficient resource allocation
- Ensure regulatory compliance across all operational areas
