Business Systems Analyst IV Role

Job Description:
  • The Business Analyst will serve as a liaison between the business and IT teams, responsible for analyzing and evaluating customer service experiences by translating business needs into technical requirements.
  • Key responsibilities include supporting initiatives to simplify and enhance the customer experience, analyzing business operations to identify automation opportunities, eliciting and managing complex business process flows and requirements, facilitating alignment between business units and IT, driving communication and commitment from requirements gathering to implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, assisting project managers, conducting data analysis, partnering with reporting teams, and performing other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in business/systems analysis.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership and initiative.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Visio, and Excel.
  • Working knowledge of cable television operations and billing systems.
