Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Client Solutions Associate. This role is responsible for building strong client relationships by developing customized solutions and processes, promoting high user adoption through efficient workflows, and ensuring seamless user onboarding by providing comprehensive training.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Partner with clients to understand their business and investment processes and provide tailored solutions using specialized products
  • Offer support for applications and create custom models, screens, and automated processes
  • Plan and lead product trainings in client offices and at seminars
Key Requirements:
  • Strong interest in finance and/or fintech, along with a client-centric mindset and ability to collaborate across teams to create innovative solutions
  • Experience or desire to work in a client-facing support role
  • Proficiency in learning and utilizing new technology
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively on teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
