Change Implementation Specialist

Job Overview
The implementation of Workday aims to introduce a structured approach to change management, promoting adoption and mitigating resistance among team members.
This role will play a key part in achieving this goal by developing and implementing effective change management plans.
Main Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing comprehensive change management strategies to support the successful implementation of Workday.
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure that change management plans are tailored to meet business needs and receive necessary approvals.
- Identifying behavioural changes required across all levels of the organisation, driving adoption of new behaviours, and mitigating change resistance.
Key Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Change Management roles, planning and leading on complex technology projects.
- Demonstrated knowledge of structured change management principles, approaches, methodologies, and tools.
- Strong experience managing change risks, planning, delivering, and assessing change activities at the project level.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and engagement skills.
