Change Implementation Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for a Change Implementation Specialist to join our team. As part of this role, you will assist in ensuring that quality, cost and schedule objectives are met in accordance with contractual and company requirements.
This position involves managing the end-to-end change process and delivering across supply chain functions. Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to achieve joint outcomes, working to established key performance indicators and managing change metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with various internal stakeholders to achieve joint outcomes and deliverables.
- Manage and accurately record, measure and report on the volume and cost of change.
- Support the effective execution of change embodiment.
- Identify and allocate appropriate funding for change initiatives.
- Manage the end-to-end change management process, across supply chain functions.
- Generate status and metric reporting, including coordination of analysis and management of corrective action activities.
- Develop and maintain change reporting and processes, identify and provide recommendations for continuous improvements.

- You will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to form strong working relationships with various internal stakeholders.
- Collaborative problem solver with ability to work effectively with others.
- Ability to balance priorities to deliver against customer and business requirements.
- Willingness to learn and good attention to detail.
- Awareness of project management principles and practices is desirable.
- Eligibility for a Defence security clearance.
