**Job Overview**

The role of EL1 Strategic Change Implementation Manager is to leverage strategic thinking to drive complex problem-solving and issue management within the strategy development and implementation functions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Developing and recommending change designs and implementation plans for projects.
  • Implementing and evaluating project and change management requirements in accordance with established frameworks.
  • Creating materials for senior stakeholders, including presentations and reports.
  • Facilitating discussions with a range of stakeholders and providing recommendations.
  • Identifying and assessing change risks or issues, and developing action plans.
  • Leading the tracking and evaluation of change management activities, and proposing recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements:**

  • 2-6 years' experience in transformation, design, change management and project management.
  • Qualifications in Change and/or Project Management.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong presentation, leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and MS Project (or equivalent).

**Eligibility Criteria:**

  • Australian Citizenship is essential.
