Job Description

We are seeking a sales professional to join our team in the Melbourne boutique.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional client experience, develop meaningful relationships, and handle complex client concerns.

  • Provide exceptional client service in line with industry benchmarks.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with clients.
  • Facilitate sales and participate in up-selling, cross-selling, and multiple selling for all product categories.

You will also serve as a sales ambassador, sharing key information about products and services, training new colleagues, and being an expert on customer care and aftersales.

In addition, you will assist in maintaining the store environment and image, be involved in retail-related activities, demonstrate ability to navigate tools and systems, and make decisions aligned with operating standards and values.

Requirements
  • Availability to work within a 7-day roster including weekends.
  • A strong background in customer service and/or sales.
  • A team player attitude and the ability to embody the values of the company.
  • Excellent relationship development skills with impeccable interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Display a high standard of presentation and grooming.
  • A passion for our products and the craft and identity of our brand with comprehensive product knowledge.
  • A positive, proactive, efficient, and client-focused attitude.
  • A strong sense of time management with the ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise.
  • The ability to achieve personal targets and quickly adapt to an ever-evolving retail environment while maintaining professionalism.
