Technical Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to promote our laser and optical instruments to universities, research laboratories, and OEM/industrial customers in Australia & New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote sales of laser and optical instruments to higher education institutions and research organizations in the region
  • Develop technical product content, including brochures, application notes, and blogs to showcase our products
  • Provide expert technical support via email, phone, or online chat to customers
  • Offer installation and training services to customers for certain products

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in physics, optics, lasers, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles
  • Hands-on experience with lasers and optical instruments
  • Self-motivated and collaborative team player
