Job Title: Dermatology Sales Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Dermatology Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for executing brand strategy and tactical plans in the field, delivering sales performance, and effectively managing your assigned territory and targeted accounts.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Sales Performance: Deliver sales performance, key brand indicators, financial targets, marketing objectives, and other goals to meet or exceed targets.
  • Customer Relationships: Proactively serve customer needs and expectations to build trusted relationships and achieve win-win outcomes for both AbbVie and customers.
  • Call Planning: Develop and execute a call plan that meets call metrics and optimizes coverage and frequency to key customers to maximize access and sales opportunities.
  • Brand Management: Manage multiple brands and indications according to strategy guidance.
  • Sales Analysis: Conduct pre- and post-call analysis to improve sales performance, effectively handle objections, and close sales on every call.
  • Market Intelligence: Build understanding of customer needs, market landscape, competitors, and share this intelligence with the team to align and optimize strategies.
  • Value Proposition: Differentiate AbbVie's value proposition and develop disease state experts and advocates to maximize brand performance.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications: Preferred Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, pharmacy, business, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Experience in specialty sales, ideally in Dermatology or Immunology.
  • Skills: Proven success in sales with excellent presentation skills.
  • Knowledge: In-depth scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and proficiency with business tools.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt sales approach based on customer style and behavior.
  • Collaboration: Effective in collaborative environments and leadership roles.
  • Languages: English proficiency in speaking and writing.
