Job Opportunity

We are seeking a professional to manage external sales, account management, business development, and technical sales. This is an exciting opportunity to work with gas and welding solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage existing client relationships and expand market share
  • Engage with clients through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for distributors and end users
  • Provide recommendations and technical support for gas and gas-cutting equipment
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Perform quotations, invoicing, and administrative sales tasks
  • Travel interstate (quarterly/biannual trips to NSW, occasional long-distance QLD travel)
  • Participate in promotional activities

This role requires strong technical knowledge of gas, gas-cutting, and welding equipment. You will work closely with a small team and report directly to the General Manager.

About You
  • 5+ years experience in industrial sales, gas industry, or related field
  • Strong technical knowledge in gas, gas-cutting, and welding equipment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to engage customers both internally and externally
  • Self-starter mentality with problem-solving approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Trade background or technical knowledge of gas products is desirable
