We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team.
This is a unique opportunity to leverage your skills in sales enablement, training, and coaching to drive business growth and success.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance the Sales Enablement platform with up-to-date, relevant content
- Support enablement programs by coordinating training sessions, onboarding, and learning paths
- Create and maintain sales tools including playbooks, templates, job aids, FAQs, and process documentation
- Build and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards to track enablement KPIs and sales metrics
- Partner with Sales Operations to identify performance gaps and inform training priorities
- Assist with digital training content creation, video tutorials, quick-reference guides, and eLearning modules
- Administer and support enablement tools such as Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Consensus, and others
- Gather feedback from field sales teams to continuously improve enablement strategy and execution
Your Ideal Background:
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Revenue Enablement
- Strong experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Salesforce (report and dashboard creation)
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Comfortable working independently while staying connected to a global team
- You're organized, resourceful, and proactive.
- You have a passion for enabling others and a knack for building tools and programs that help people succeed.
About This Opportunity:
- Experience working with cross-cultural and remote teams a plus
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems or digital learning platforms a bonus
