Job Title: Performance and Reward Professional

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our remuneration and benefits team.

About the Role:
  • Develop recommendations and solutions for salary planning, market analysis, job design, variable pay planning, benefit planning, and vendor relationship management.
  • Contribute to the effective governance of our global job family framework as the key liaison to the People Team on job evaluation.
  • Conduct job sizing activities across the business in line with our global job family framework.
  • Manage annual salary survey data contributions and reporting requirements of identified survey partners and navigate their databases to deliver high-quality external benchmarking.
  • Provide interpretation and counsel to strategic people partners and people leaders regarding performance, reward, and benefits policies, programs, and practices.
  • Lead the development and implementation of new reward and benefits policies, practices, and programs to meet organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with the head of performance and reward on all operational aspects associated with delivering the annual cyclical performance and remuneration review.
  • Contribute to the design, testing, implementation, and delivery of performance capability and functionality in Workday related to delivering rollout phases and subsequent biannual releases.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop a small team.
  • Manage compensation partner activities within Workday.
About You:
  • Proven experience working in performance and reward.
  • Experience project managing annual cyclical performance and remuneration reviews in large and complex organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience administering HRIS systems, with Workday and advanced compensation module experience highly desirable.
  • Proven systems, process, and reporting capabilities in a matrix organization setting.
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and service provision skills.
  • Excellent data collection skills and ability to convert information into knowledge and communicate it effectively.
  • Ability to manage competing demands in a client-focused and outcomes-driven manner.
  • Proven ability to perform under tight time constraints.
