Rail Operator

We are seeking highly skilled rail operators to join our team on a full-time permanent arrangement. This role is residential and open to local applicants who either reside in Esperance or are willing to relocate on a permanent basis.
About the Role:- Operation of locomotives including mainline, shunting, and marshalling
- Examine and certify trains as ready for departure
- Maintain a high level of on-time running
- Prepare and conduct brake testing on locomotives
- Provide excellent customer service to enable us to meet our business objectives
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the safe operation of locomotives and trains
- Examining and certifying trains as ready for departure
- Working in accordance with our safety and operational standards and procedures
- Maintaining a high level of on-time running and productivity

- Strong commitment to safety
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
