Job Description

This high-impact role is centered around shaping a performance-driven, employee-oriented culture. The successful candidate will support key business functions including Warehouse, Customer Service, Tech Service, Reverse Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Legal, and Business Development.


Main Responsibilities
  • Contribute to and execute organizational strategy
  • Create and revise HR policies with a focus on employment legislative requirements
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers for recruitment, remuneration guidance, selection, and onboarding for new employees
  • Develop an employee-oriented culture emphasizing quality, continuous improvement, collaboration, accountability, employee retention, and development
  • Execute salary review process ensuring manager decisions align with policy and equity
  • Coordinate training and development activities with the Learning & Development team to drive capability and empowerment of managers
  • Lead organization development initiatives, such as performance management and goal setting, to support desired organizational culture and development needs
  • Support and coach effectively resolving employee relations cases
  • Ensure legal compliance with existing governmental labor laws and government reporting requirements
  • Provide effective business partnering to support managers in running their respective businesses
