The People and Culture team is responsible for creating best in class employee experiences. We play an important strategic advisory role, supporting business transformation within a purpose-centred environment.
This is a 12-month contract.
You will be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone contributes ideas and drives outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with Senior People and Culture Business Partners to manage the strategic advisory and day-to-day tactical delivery of divisional people initiatives.
- Leverage your expertise across the disciplines of people, culture, engagement, diversity and inclusion, reward, employee relations and data analysis to deliver exceptional employee experiences.
- Participate in a collaborative team that values your wellbeing and career growth.
- Demonstrable experience as a People and Culture professional in a fast-paced organisation.
- Proven data analysis and numeracy skills with the ability to prepare insights to inform decision making.
- Possess a technology-driven mindset and eagerness to learn new tools to deliver innovative HR solutions.
- Delivery-focused style and excellent judgement combined with strong communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
