The People and Culture Consultant will support HR Business Partners to deliver key initiatives, including transformation projects, annual HR cycles, and core HR projects. This role also involves supporting complex employee relations case management, analyzing engagement survey results, developing action plans, and measuring success.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven HR generalist experience
  • A project management approach to delivering HR initiatives
  • Sound judgment, with the ability to make recommendations and evaluate alternatives with an attitude of commerciality and care for employees
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complexity independently
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, understand the needs of others, clarify understanding, and communicate effectively to deliver results
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize insights to generate data-driven decisions from stakeholders
