Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a dual role - part Executive Business Partner and part Operations Manager, shaping the culture of our Sydney hub.

We are looking for a highly skilled individual who thrives on collaboration, has excellent communication skills, and can work 5 days onsite in our office in Sydney CBD.

  • Provide high-level support to the Managing Director, including diary, travel, expenses, and meeting preparation.
  • Act as a strategic partner, ensuring the MD's priorities align with business goals.
  • Oversee operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and maintenance standards are met.
  • Plan team moments that matter, such as lunches, offsites, events, and recognition activities.
  • Coordinate tasks, prepare presentations, draft communications, and manage purchase orders.
  • Partner with internal teams to keep things running seamlessly.
  • Bulild and maintain strong external relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and partners.

About You

  • Experience as a PA/EA, Operations Manager, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled at juggling competing priorities with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive team player who thrives on collaboration and brings a positive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with executive presence and discretion.
  • Tech savvy - confident with Google Suite, Keynote, Excel, and collaboration tools.
