Our Team

As a Community Experience Manager, you'll play an integral role in embedding and evolving our community culture, driving engagement amongst our people, and fostering connections across our ventures and core teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with relevant team members to drive internal initiatives and external events from planning to execution.
  • Manage internal communications across our channels.
  • Identify creative ways to strengthen relationships across stakeholders.
  • In close collaboration with the Brand Team, act as Marketing SME for People Experience to deliver engaging employee experience initiatives.
  • Lead the way forward in social structures and knowledge sharing – creating rituals and connecting people across the organization.

- Great written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.

- A growth mindset, love of learning, comfort with being scrappy, and bias to action.

- Thrive in ambiguity and constant change, enjoying creating order out of unstructured challenges.
