Green Spaces Manager
We seek a skilled Horticulturist to manage our high-end green spaces, blending residential and commercial areas into a seamless community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of maintenance staff to complete tasks efficiently.
- Follow schedules and prioritize tasks for timely completion of horticulture requirements.
- Provide guidance and training to enhance team members' horticultural skills and safety practices.
- Undertake hands-on work, including pruning and shaping of shrubs and hedges, and plant and pest identification.
- Regularly inspect garden areas to assess condition, identify improvements, and implement corrective actions.
About You:
- Hold a Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens and possess excellent working knowledge of all tools and equipment used at the site.
- Have a current driver's licence and be willing to obtain a White Card if necessary.
- Possess well-honed communication skills, with regular liaison with the site manager.
- Be able to effectively prioritize workflows, impart knowledge to others, and demonstrate maturity and reliability as a team player.
