Horticulture and Open Space Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Horticulture and Open Space Coordinator to manage the horticulture and open space functional area of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the maintenance and care of sports fields, open spaces, gardens and horticultural areas
- Monitor and review relevant legislation, standards and codes of practice to ensure compliance with Council requirements
- Develop and implement effective works programs to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
- Collaborate with senior team members to provide efficient and effective operations

Requirements:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in an appropriate field
- Extensive experience in horticulture, open space management and related disciplines
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Current class C drivers licence
