Eastern Suburbs Horticulture was established in 2006 and is one of Sydney's premier horticultural companies who specialize in all aspects of residential landscape management

We currently work 38 hours over a 5 day week, but this can be modified to suit the successful candiate (eg. 38 hour, 4 day week)

**Requirements**:

- Experience on general gardening equipment + light landscaping equipment
- Experience and/or Cert II in Horticulture (or similar) and employment in similar past garden maintenance position
- Carry out a range of horticultural duties, including mowing, pruning, weeding, mulching, and plant care
- Current driver's license (class C)
- Ability to work with at least 1 other staff member on any given day

- Strong Horticultural knowledge
- Presentable and looking to further their career in the Horticultural trade
- Previous leadership or team coordination experience preferred.

Our work commences at 6:45am and we finish approx. 2:30-3:00pm Monday-Friday.

Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bellevue Hill, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Garden Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
