Sydney Horticulture Position Available

We are seeking a skilled horticulturist to lead our gardening team in Sydney.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure gardening tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
  • Coordinate daily work schedules and allocate tasks as required
  • Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback
  • Implement pest control measures through spraying and manual weeding
  • Oversee all horticultural activities, including pruning and hedging of trees and shrubs
  • Develop and implement mulching and planting programs
Requirements:
  • A degree or experience in horticulture, parks management, gardening, or landscaping
  • A current driver's license and safety certification
  • A professional approach to the workplace
