Logistics Growth Strategist

As a Logistics Growth Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving expansion across multiple logistics channels. Located in Sydney, you will be responsible for fostering growth and developing innovative solutions to meet customer demands.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to shape our competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with product and procurement teams to synchronize trade lane strategies and ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop and execute targeted advertising and promotional campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Engage in regular sales visits and collaborate with international partners to identify new business opportunities and nurture existing relationships.
  • Design and implement effective trade lane strategies that incorporate cutting-edge solutions to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Establish and maintain a robust sales pipeline to secure new clients while cultivating existing ones.
  • Prepare and negotiate bids, RFQs, and quotes to optimize revenue growth.
  • Strengthen relationships with customers by responding promptly to inquiries and providing exceptional support.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to expand our professional network.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, highlighting valuable insights and key sales activities.
  • Deliver regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
