The Role

As a Mobile Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing proactive maintenance and resource planning to deliver safe, predictable, and reliable outcomes. Your primary function is to develop plans that ensure timely repairs to mobile equipment, adhering to both company strategies and customer policies and procedures.

  • Developing short and long-term plans for mobile equipment maintenance.
  • Ensuring availability of parts, equipment, resources, and tooling when required.
  • Creating maintenance plans to maximize production and minimize downtime and costs.
  • Ensuring all maintenance and statutory information stored in the CMMS is detailed, accurate, and current.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Automotive or Engineering Trade Certification.
  • 5 years' experience in mobile equipment maintenance.
  • Work planning, forecasting, and scheduling skills with previous experience in a similar role.
  • Delivery-focused, with a high level of self-motivation and drive to support the team in exceeding customer expectations.
