Job Opportunity

Lead a team of professionals to deliver employment solutions for individuals with disabilities.

About the Role:

  • Oversee the successful execution of employment programs across a designated regional area.
  • Drive employment outcomes and ensure high-quality support services.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with employers and community organizations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including participants, employers, and community partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Coach and develop a regional team to deliver person-centered employment support.
  • Manage performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) for caseload, revenue, and service delivery.
  • Build and grow employer and community partnerships to drive inclusive employment.
  • Ensure contract compliance and financial sustainability.
  • Champion values-based leadership and lead by example.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in employment, disability, or community services.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including budget and contract management.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Capacity to lead teams through change while maintaining high performance.
