Job Overview

As a Regional Employment Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of employment programs across a defined geographic area. Your primary goal will be to drive employment outcomes and ensure that individuals with intellectual disability have access to meaningful open employment opportunities.

About The Role

This role combines strategic leadership, operational oversight, and stakeholder engagement. You will lead a team to meet performance targets, grow employer partnerships, and embed a culture of safety, innovation, and person-centred practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a regional team to deliver high-quality employment support.
  • Manage performance against caseload, revenue, and service delivery metrics.
  • Build and grow strategic employer and community partnerships to drive inclusive employment.
  • Ensure contract compliance and financial sustainability.
  • Champion organisational values and lead with purpose, safety, and impact.
Requirements
