Rotational Graduate Program

We are seeking enthusiastic graduates from a range of disciplines to join our organisation as part of our 2025 Graduate intake.

This 18-month program offers two options:

  • Rapid Development Program Positions: an 18-month duration, comprised of 3 x 6-month rotations in three different produce categories at various locations.
  • Ongoing Graduate Positions: these are permanent graduate roles in some of the key talent growing hubs within our organisation, whether on farm or corporate head office.

In this program, you will gain exposure to a variety of produce and growing climates, conditions and unique complexities allowing you to build a solid base for a long-term career in the industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Support with crop planning, pest and disease management, irrigation and soil management.
  2. Contribute to setting up field trials to test new crop varieties, fertilisers, pesticides and techniques.
  3. Monitor crop health and diagnose issues (pests, diseases, nutrient deficiencies).
  4. Collect and analyse data on crop performance and yield.
  5. Product Quality; understanding of product defects and their impact on quality scores.
  6. Coordinate harvest planning, coordinating and supervising.
  7. Develop and monitor post-harvest techniques to reduce spoilage and maintain freshness.
  8. Undertake inspections for hygiene, contamination, pesticide residues, and microbial quality.
  9. Evaluate that food products meet national and international standards.
  10. Benefit from structured leadership and development training.
  11. Gain access to industry leaders and executives.
  12. Play a central role in producing premium quality fruit and vegetables.
  13. Exposure to networks across the industry.
