As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for motivating and encouraging your team members, delegating daily tasks and responsibilities, and role-modeling exceptional customer service standards.

We are looking for individuals with:

  • Leadership experience in the retail or fast-paced restaurant environment
  • A genuine passion for creating memorable connections with customers
  • High levels of energy and enthusiasm with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to learn quickly and direct the work of others
