As a key member of our Retail Transformation program, you'll tell compelling stories, craft engaging content, and take accountability for critical communication channels. Collaboration is fundamental to ensure consistent messaging.

  • Partner with RT program members to understand communication requirements and context, driving clarity and consistency of messaging for various audience groups.
  • Partner with internal Communication teams and external vendors to deliver timely change communications to internal audiences.
  • Support delivery against integrated communication plans to execute awareness campaigns and program announcements.
  • Plan and run engagement events such as townhalls and showcases.
  • Develop engaging campaign assets like briefing toolkits, leader message scripting, internal articles, and videos.
  • Monitor and improve communication effectiveness.
