A professional with a passion for indirect tax solutions is sought to join our organization. As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and customer advocacy across the Australian market.

You will be responsible for helping customers overcome complex indirect tax challenges using our innovative platform. This will involve combining in-depth tax domain knowledge, technical expertise, and consultative selling skills to design and deliver tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying opportunities to drive sales growth and customer advocacy.
  • Providing expert guidance on indirect tax solutions and delivering compelling proposals.
  • Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 6–8 years of experience in indirect tax compliance gained at an accounting/law firm or within an Australian corporation.
  • Hands-on experience using Thomson Reuters tax solutions or adjacent indirect tax software.
  • Exceptional client-facing and presentation skills (both verbal & written).
  • Strong commercial skills, including an understanding of the sales process.
