Business Development Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and customer engagement.

About the Role:

  1. The successful candidate will proactively identify and connect with clients in the power and renewables sectors across the region.
  2. They will establish, maintain, and expand strong, long-term partnerships with key decision-makers and contractors.
  3. This role requires spearheading business development campaigns in collaboration with recruitment and marketing teams.
  4. The ideal candidate will drive commercial success by offering tailored recruitment and workforce solutions.
  5. They will contribute to our growth by unlocking new markets and client opportunities.

Requirements:

  • A Science Degree and at least 2 years of experience in business development or sales - preferably within Life Sciences.
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and deliver value-driven client solutions.
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation capabilities.
  • Ability to work seamlessly across departments and geographies.
  • Willingness to travel and engage with clients throughout the Middle East.
  • Comfortable presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.
