About Front Office Guest Services Agent Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Front Office Guest Services Agent.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily Front Office operations, handling guest enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Process reservations and provide recommendations for local attractions and dining.
  • Achieve guest satisfaction targets by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Liaise with Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in hotel reception or customer service is preferred.
  • You have a genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience.
  • You have knowledge of hotel operations, including reservations, housekeeping, and guest services.
  • You possess strong communication skills and can work collaboratively across departments.
  • You are flexible and able to work a variety of shifts.
