Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned People and Culture professional to join our team as a Senior Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR generalist to work collaboratively with business leaders to drive best-practice HR solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Australian employment law and HR best practices, with experience managing recruitment, performance, and employee relations matters.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Act as the P&C business partner to assigned practice areas;
  • • Manage full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding across multiple service lines;
  • • Oversee and administer end-to-end performance and development processes;
  • • Provide timely and practical advice on HR policies, employee relations, and workplace matters;
  • • Own HR administration and ensure accurate data management in the HRIS system;
  • • Support and coach leaders through change, performance improvement, and team development conversations;
  • • Lead or contribute to P&C projects such as employee engagement, EVP, DE&I, graduate programs, and wellbeing initiatives;
  • • Prepare HR reporting, data insights, and dashboards to support business and team decisions;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A qualification in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline;
  • 5+ years' experience in HR generalist or advisory roles, ideally in professional or financial services;
  • Working knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practices;
  • Demonstrated experience managing recruitment, performance, and ER matters;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different stakeholders;
  • Good judgment, confidentiality, and a grounded, professional demeanour;
  • Experience with HRIS systems desirable;
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and a results-driven mindset.
