About the Role
The Digital Campaign Strategist will join our Lifecycle and Engagement team within Audience & Marketing. Our team is responsible for driving audience awareness, engagement, and conversion through personalised omni-channel programs that support our audiences at all stages of their property journey.
Your primary focus will be on building deeper relationships with our customer audience, unlocking incremental value for them and their business. You'll work closely with our customer Product, GTM, CX, and sales teams to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, reach revenue targets, and maintain customer sentiment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver a busy calendar of cross-channel customer marketing campaigns across In-App Messaging, Push, Email, and SMS within our current marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze).
- Develop personalised, relevant, and optimised messaging and communications, building an end-to-end journey of customer-led experiences.
- Analyse the performance of campaigns in all channels and share learnings and actionable insights with the team and broader REA group.
- Manage the communication schedule based on contact rules cross-channel to maximise engagement and ROI.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of new developments, channels, and practices in personalisation of communications and marketing operations technical expertise.
