About the role
This is a dynamic opportunity to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist in SUBARU MENTONE. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the sales process, ensuring that our customers receive personalized solutions that meet their unique needs.
You will serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing information on vehicles, aftermarket products, and financial services. Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Gaining comprehensive product knowledge and effectively communicating benefits to customers during demonstrations.
- Managing appointments, test drives, and ensuring a smooth delivery/handover experience for customers.
- Handling customer trade-ins, preparing sales contracts, valuations, and accurately processing documentation.
- Capturing and maintaining accurate customer information in Salesforce and DMS while following up post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and adhere to safety procedures.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within direct sales.
- Proven ability to manage the sales process, documentation, and close sales independently.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in meeting KPI metrics.
- Expertise in MS Office, digital platforms, multitasking, and organisation; valid driver's license.
- Prior automotive industry experience, Salesforce familiarity, and commitment to delivering high-quality customer experiences with professionalism and integrity.
